Tupaia is released under a dual-licensing model which provides for different use cases.
For the use of Tupaia for health-sector and other selected projects in low and middle-income countries, Tupaia is available under a free and open-source license. Where this is a multi-country project incorporating both low and middle-income countries and other countries, the open-source license applies, so long as the involvement of low and middle-income countries is the primary focus of the project.
For the use of Tupaia in all other use cases, Tupaia is available under a commercial license. If you are unsure about the license to select, or for a copy of our commercial license, please contact us at contact@tupaia.org
In all cases, the Tupaia name, all logos and trademarks are copyright and remain the property of Beyond Essential Systems Pty Ltd and cannot be used without permission. This is done to preserve confidence in the platform and prevent inferior copies circulating or confusion amongst our partners.
